Text

As used in this part, the term:

(1)“988 suicide and crisis lifeline call center” means a call center meeting national accreditation and recognized by the department to receive 988 calls, texts, or other forms of communication in this state.
(2)“Agency” means the Agency for Health Care Administration.
(3)“Client” means any individual receiving services in any substance abuse or mental health facility, program, or service, which facility, program, or service is operated, funded, or regulated by the agency and the department or regulated by the agency.
(4)“Coordinated specialty care program” means an evidence-based program for individuals who are experiencing the early indications of serious mental illness, especially symptoms of a first psychotic episode, and which includes, but is n
