Text
The powers of the land authority shall be vested in its members in office from time to time. A majority of the members of the land authority eligible to vote shall constitute a quorum for the purpose of conducting its business and exercising its powers and for all other purposes. Action may be taken by the land authority upon an affirmative vote of a majority of the members present and eligible to vote; however, no action shall be taken by an affirmative vote of less than a majority of the total membership. Meetings shall be held at the call of the chair or any three members.
