Text
If a water management district has made a payment in lieu of taxes to a governmental entity and subsequently suspended such payment, the water management district shall reinstate appropriate payments and continue the payments for as long as the county population remains below the population threshold pursuant to s. 373.59(2)(a). This section does not authorize or provide for payments in arrears.
