Text
As used in ss. 322.44 and 322.50, the term “licensing authority,” with reference to this state, means the Department of Highway Safety and Motor Vehicles. Said department shall furnish to the appropriate authorities of any other party state any information or documents reasonably necessary to facilitate the administration of Articles III, IV, and V of the compact contained in s. 322.44 and Articles III, IV, and VI of the compact contained in s. 322.50.
