Text
Each new single-family or duplex mobile or manufactured home manufactured in this state or manufactured outside this state but sold or offered for sale in this state must be constructed to meet the Manufactured Home Construction and Safety Standards, promulgated by the Department of Housing and Urban Development, pursuant to the Manufactured Housing Improvement Act. Such standards must include, but need not be limited to, standards for body and frame construction and the installation of plumbing, HVAC, and electrical systems.
