Text
When any license has been revoked or suspended by the department pursuant to the provisions of ss. 320.60-320.70, the department may for good cause reinstate the license of any former licensee under ss. 320.60-320.70, if it determines that the former licensee is rehabilitated, meets the requirements of ss. 320.60-320.70, files an application for license pursuant to s. 320.63, and complies with ss. 320.60-320.70.
