Text
The initial license for each manufacturer, distributor, or importer shall be $300 and shall be in addition to all other licenses or taxes levied, assessed, or required of the applicant or licensee. Applicants may choose to extend the licensure period for 1 additional year for a total of 2 years. An initial applicant shall pay to the department a fee of $300 for the first year and $100 for the second year. An applicant for a renewal license shall pay $100 to the department for a 1-year renewal or $200 for a 2-year renewal. The proceeds from all licenses under ss. 320.60-320.70 shall be paid into the State Treasury to the credit of the General Revenue Fund. All licenses shall be payable on or before October 1 of the year and shall expire, unless sooner revoked or suspended, on September 30 o
