Text
All the rights, powers, and liabilities conferred or imposed by the laws of Florida relating to corporations for profit organized under part I of chapter 607 or under former chapter 608 before January 1, 1976, or to corporations organized under chapter 621 apply to corporations organized pursuant to s. 310.171.
