(1)Triumph Gulf Coast, Inc., is subject to the provisions of chapter 119 relating to public records and those provisions of chapter 286 relating to public meetings and records.
(2)Triumph Gulf Coast, Inc., shall initially be governed by a five-member board of directors. Each of the Trustees of the State Board of Administration, the President of the Senate, and the Speaker of the House of Representatives shall each appoint one member from the private sector. As of June 2, 2017, the number of board members is increased to seven, with the President of the Senate and the Speaker of the House of Representatives each appointing an additional member from the private sector in one of the four least populous disproportionately affected counties, as identified by the United States Census Bureau i
