(1)As used in this section, the term:
(a)“Division” means the Division of Risk Management of the Department of Financial Services.
(b)“Electroencephalogram combined Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation” or “eTMS” means treatment in which transcranial magnetic stimulation frequency pulses are tuned to the patient’s physiology and biometric data.
(c)“First responder” means a law enforcement officer, a part-time law enforcement officer, or an auxiliary law enforcement officer as defined in s. 943.10; a firefighter as defined in s. 633.102; a 911 public safety telecommunicator as defined in s. 401.465; or an emergency medical technician or paramedic as defined in s. 401.23 employed by state or local government.
