Text
After the conveyance of said lands and such additional land as may, from time to time, be acquired, under the provisions of s. 258.09, said lands shall be deemed and held to be a state park, under the supervision of the Division of Recreation and Parks of the Department of Environmental Protection, and the said division is charged with the duty of providing for the development, care, upkeep, maintenance, and beautification of said Rauscher Park.
