Guide meridian and base parallel park, a park for the perpetuation and preservation of the point or place from which the state was surveyed, is established and located in Tallahassee, Leon County, on a parcel of land one-half acre square, having for its center the intersection of the guide meridian and the base parallel of Florida, more particularly described as follows, to wit:
