(1)Each order, proclamation, or rule issued by the Governor, the division, or any agency must specify the statute or rule being amended or waived, if applicable, and the expiration date for the order, proclamation, or rule.
(2)If the duration of a declaration of a state of emergency issued by the Governor exceeds 90 days:
(a)1. The Executive Office of the Governor or the appropriate agency, within 72 hours after executing a contract executed with moneys authorized for expenditure to support the response to the declared state of emergency, must submit a copy of such contract to the Legislature. For contracts executed during the first 90 days of the declared state of emergency, the Executive Office of the Governor or the appropriate agency shall submit a copy to the Legislature within the
