Any resolution authorizing the issuance of bonds may contain any covenants the authority considers advisable, including those provisions set forth in s. 243.61(5), and all those covenants constitute valid and legally binding and enforceable contracts between the authority and the bondholders, regardless of the time of issuance thereof. The covenants may include, without limitation, covenants concerning the disposition of the bond proceeds; the use and disposition of project revenues; the pledging of revenues and assessments; the obligations of the authority with respect to the operation of the project and the maintenance of adequate project revenues; the issuance of additional bonds; the appointment, powers, and duties of trustees and receivers; the acquisition of outstanding bonds and obl
