Text
Each state agency and the judicial branch shall use the official information developed by the consensus estimating conferences in carrying out their duties under the state planning and budgeting system. State agencies, including their divisions, bureaus, and statutorily created entities, must ensure that any related work product is consistent with the official information developed by the Economic Estimating Conference, the Demographic Estimating Conference, and the Labor Market Estimating Conference.
