Text

The Chief Financial Officer shall distribute moneys from the Federal Use of State Lands Trust Fund when so requested by the counties so affected. The Chief Financial Officer shall apportion the money on hand equal to the percentage of land in each county within each military installation, and the amount so apportioned to each county shall be applied by such counties equally divided between the district school fund and the general road fund of such counties.
