Text

(1)In the case of property sold pursuant to a levy by the Department of Revenue, the executive director or his or her designee shall give to the purchaser a certificate of sale upon payment in full of the purchase price. Such certificate shall set forth a description of the property purchased, for whose taxes the same was sold, the name of the purchaser, and the price paid therefor.
(2)In the case of any real property sold pursuant to a levy by the Department of Revenue, and not redeemed in the manner and within the time provided in s. 213.73, the executive director or his or her designee shall execute, in accordance with the laws of this state pertaining to the sale of real property under execution, to the purchaser of such real property at such sale, upon his or her surrender of the c
