Text

The Legislature shall include in its appropriation act a sum sufficient for the payment by the department of expenses incident to the administration of parts I and II of this chapter, including legal expenses, costs and expenses incident to litigation, and the payment of such sums of money as the department may from time to time determine shall be refunded to any person making overpayment of such taxes.
