All notices of intent to issue, requests for carryforward confirmations, and issuance reports must be made in such form as may be prescribed by the division. All such forms may be filed electronically through a portal on the division’s website at such time as the division establishes such portal through which such forms and the fee required by s. 159.811 may be submitted. Notices of intent to issue for any calendar year may not be accepted before January 1 of that calendar year.
