In all such cases, the board of county commissioners, upon the matter being brought to its attention, shall cause to be published in some newspaper published in the county, at least once each week for 2 consecutive weeks, a notice substantially in the following form: Notice of Reassessment for Drainage Whereas, it has been discovered that the proceedings to establish a public ditch, drain or canal, commencing at and running in a general course through the following lands, viz. were defective, and the assessment in pursuance thereof made was invalid, or irregular and not made in compliance with law, now, therefore, notice is hereby given to all persons interested, that the County Commissioners of County, will be in session at o’clock in the forenoon, at the courthouse, on the day of , (ye
