(1)DEFINITIONS. — As used in this section, the term:
(a)“Adopted educational facilities plan” means the comprehensive planning document that is adopted annually by the district school board as provided in subsection (2) and that contains the educational plant survey.
(b)“District facilities work program” means the 5-year listing of capital outlay projects adopted by the district school board as provided in subparagraph (2)(a)2. and paragraph (2)(b) as part of the district educational facilities plan, which is required in order to: 1. Properly maintain the educational plant and ancillary facilities of the district. 2. Provide an adequate number of satisfactory student stations for the projected student enrollment of the district in K-12 programs.
