Text
Notwithstanding s. 215.425(3), a university board of trustees may implement a bonus scheme based on awards for work performance or employee recruitment and retention. The board of trustees must submit an annual report to the Board of Governors when awarding bonuses. The Board of Governors shall develop a regulation to ensure consistency in the implementation of this section.
