Text
The administrator of each designated organizational unit shall see that both the days present and the days absent for each employee are reported to the district school superintendent at least once each month in the manner prescribed for that purpose. This report shall include the exact dates of, and the reasons for, each absence. Each district school superintendent shall establish procedures to ensure maintenance of the complete records of all such absences.
