Text
It is the intent and purpose of the Legislature that the practice of teaching in the public school system and its related services, including administering and supervisory services, shall be designated as professional services. Teaching is hereby declared to be a profession in Florida, with similar rights, responsibilities, and privileges accorded other legally recognized professions.
