Text
The State Board of Education shall adopt rules for speech-language services to school districts that qualify for additional full-time equivalent membership under s. 1011.62(1)(f). These services may be provided by baccalaureate degree level persons for a period of 3 years. The rules shall authorize the delivery of speech-language services by baccalaureate degree level persons under the direction of a certified speech-language pathologist with a master’s degree or higher.
