Text
The district capital improvement fund shall consist of funds derived from the sale of school district bonds authorized in s. 17, Art. XII of the State Constitution of 1885 as amended, together with any other funds directed to be placed therein by rules of the State Board of Education, and other similar funds which are to be used for capital outlay purposes within the district.
