Text
The president of the school shall recommend to the board of trustees a budget of income and expenditures at such time and in such form as the board of trustees may prescribe. The board of trustees shall adopt procedures for the approval of budget amendments. If at any time the unencumbered balance of approved operating budget goes below 5 percent, the president shall provide written notification to the State Board of Education.
