Text
The proceeds from the collection of certification fees, fines, penalties, and costs levied pursuant to s. 1012.59 shall be remitted by the Department of Education to the Chief Financial Officer for deposit into and disbursed from the “Educational Certification and Services Trust Fund” as re-created by chapter 99-31, Laws of Florida.
