Text
The district school board may require of all bidders for the bonds that they give security by bond or by a deposit to the district school board that the bidder shall comply with the terms of the bid, and any bidder whose bid is accepted shall be liable to the district school board for all damages on account of the nonperformance of the terms of such bid or to a forfeiture of the deposit required by the district school board.
