Text
If it appears by the result of the election that a majority of the votes cast shall be “For bonds,” the district school board shall issue the bonds authorized by the election for the purposes specified in the resolution as published, not to exceed the amount named therein. If the majority of the votes cast shall have been “Against bonds,” no bonds shall be issued.
