The district school board shall also, at the meeting at which is passed the resolution provided for in s. 1010.41, order that an election shall be held in the school district to determine whether or not there shall be issued by the district the bonds provided for in such resolution, in which election only the duly qualified electors thereof shall vote; and prior to the time of holding such election, the district school board shall cause to be published at least once each week for 2 consecutive weeks in a newspaper published in the district a notice of the holding of such election, which shall specify the time and place or places of the holding thereof. The resolution prescribed in s. 1010.41 may be incorporated in and published as a part of the notice prescribed in this section.
