Text
As authorized by and consistent with funding appropriated in the General Appropriations Act, the Inclusive Transition and Employment Management Program is created within the Department of Education for the purpose of providing young adults with disabilities who are between the ages of 16 years and 28 years with transitional skills, education, and on-the-job experience to allow them to acquire and retain permanent employment.
