§ 9532 — Form of subpoena

Delaware·Title 10·Part Justices of the Peace·Ch. 95 PROCEDURE·Subch. Civil Actions for Debt
(a)A subpoena for attendance of witnesses in actions under this subchapter shall be in this form: “ County, ss. The State of Delaware, To any constable, greeting: Summon A. B. and C. D., to appear before one of our justices of the peace, at said justice’s office in on the day of at o’clock in the , to give evidence in a cause between A. B., plaintiff and C. D. defendant, depending before our said justice; and this they may not omit at their peril.
(b)The summons for referees may be in the same form, substituting the words “to try,” for the words “to give evidence in.”
