Text
The Building Inspector of the City of Wilmington and the building inspector or other officer authorized by law to issue permits for new buildings or for repairs or additions to old buildings, in any other city or town of New Castle County, shall report to the Office of Finance every permit issued by the inspector respectively, for the erection of a new building or buildings, or the repair, alteration or improvement of old buildings, specifying the estimated cost of the proposed new building, or the repair, alteration or improvement of the old building.
