§ 8324 — Notices to be by mail or by email

Delaware·Title 9·Part County Taxes·Ch. 83 VALUATION AND ASSESSMENT OF PROPERTY·Subch. General Provisions
Any notice required to be given under the provisions of this chapter may be sent by mail or by email when the property owner has provided an e-mail address for notice purposes. The day of the mailing or the e-mailing shall be deemed to be the day of the giving of such notice.
