§ 792 — Investigation fee
Delaware·Title 5·Part Banks and Trust Companies·Ch. 7 CORPORATION LAW FOR STATE BANKS AND TRUST COMPANIES·Subch. Merger, Consolidation or Conversion of National, State Bank or Trust Company
The resulting bank shall pay to the office of the State Bank Commissioner an investigation fee of $1,150 which shall not be refundable and shall be submitted with the application.
