§ 4740 — Liberal construction of subchapter
Delaware·Title 7·Part Public Lands, Parks and Memorials·Ch. 47 STATE PARKS·Subch. The Fort DuPont Redevelopment and Preservation Act
This subchapter, being necessary for the prosperity and welfare of the State and its citizens, shall be liberally construed to effect the purposes hereof.
