Delaware·Title 3·Part Marketing of Agricultural Products·Ch. 31 MILK, CREAM AND OTHER MILK PRODUCTS; CONTAINERS·Subch. Fresh Milk and Raw Milk [For application of this subchapter, see 84 Del. Laws, c. 434, § 4]
The Department, in consultation with the Department of Health and Social Services, shall adopt regulations to administer and enforce this subchapter. The Department will consider the size and scale of dairy operations in this State when developing regulations.
