Delaware·Title 3·Part Marketing of Agricultural Products·Ch. 31 MILK, CREAM AND OTHER MILK PRODUCTS; CONTAINERS·Subch. Fresh Milk and Raw Milk [For application of this subchapter, see 84 Del. Laws, c. 434, § 4]
Whoever violates this subchapter shall be assessed a civil penalty of $1,000 per instance.
