§ 3146 — Violations and penalties
Delaware·Title 3·Part Marketing of Agricultural Products·Ch. 31 MILK, CREAM AND OTHER MILK PRODUCTS; CONTAINERS·Subch. Containers for Dairy Products
Whoever violates this subchapter shall be fined not more than $10 for each offense, unless a different penalty is prescribed by the section violated.
