§ 3134 — Violations and penalties
Delaware·Title 3·Part Marketing of Agricultural Products·Ch. 31 MILK, CREAM AND OTHER MILK PRODUCTS; CONTAINERS·Subch. Standard Babcock Testing Equipment
Whoever violates this subchapter shall be fined not less than $10 nor more than $50, and shall pay the costs of prosecution.
