§ 81-326 — Delaware corporations
Delaware·Title 25·Part Common Interests and Ownership of Real Estate·Ch. 81 DELAWARE UNIFORM COMMON INTEREST OWNERSHIP ACT·Subch. Management of the Common Interest Community
Any association that is a Delaware corporation shall also be subject to the Title 8, which shall govern and control to the extent not inconsistent with this chapter.
