Text

Nothing in this chapter shall be construed to prevent:

(1)Any person from performing industrial hearing screenings under the supervision of a physician licensed in this State.
(2)Any person who is not licensed under this chapter from engaging in the practice of speech/language pathology or audiology in this State, provided that such services are practiced in cooperation with a person licensed under this chapter and shall be practiced for no more than 30 days in any calendar year. The speech/language pathologist or audiologist must meet the qualifications and requirements for application for licensure described in this chapter, or must hold a valid license from another state which has requirements equivalent to this chapter, or must hold a certificate of clinical competence in speech/la
