§ 1924 — Unlawful practices

Delaware·Title 24·Ch. 19 NURSING
(a)No person shall practice or offer to practice professional, practical, or advanced practice registered nursing or shall represent oneself as a registered nurse, practical nurse, or advanced practice registered nurse in this State, or shall use any title, abbreviation, sign, card or device to indicate that such person is a registered nurse, licensed practical nurse, or advanced practice registered nurse, unless such person is licensed under this chapter.
(b)No person, hospital or institution shall conduct or shall offer to conduct a professional or practical nursing education program unless such person, hospital or institution is approved under this chapter.
