§ 1627 — Jurisdiction
Delaware·Title 24·Ch. 16 ADULT ENTERTAINMENT ESTABLISHMENTS·Subch. Adult Book Stores and Other Adult Entertainment Establishments
Exclusive jurisdiction for all criminal violations of this chapter shall be in the Superior Court.
