(a)Whoever violates §§ 2604, 2605(b)-

(c), 2606, 2607, 2612 and 2613 of this title shall for the first offense be fined not less than $200 nor more than $2,500. For subsequent offense the person shall be fined not less than $500 nor more than $5,000 or imprisoned for a term not to exceed 90 days, or both.

(b)This section shall not apply to violations for which a specific penalty is set forth elsewhere in this chapter.
