§ 3347 — Fractions of a cent

Delaware·Title 19·Part Unemployment Compensation·Subch. Employer’s Coverage and Assessments
In the payment of any assessments, a fractional part of a cent shall be disregarded unless it amounts to1/2cent or more, in which case it shall be increased to 1 cent.
