§ 5831 — Severability clause
Delaware·Title 18·Part Insurance·Ch. 58 RISK-BASED CAPITAL (RBC)·Subch. Risk-Based Capital (RBC) for Health Organizations
If any provision of this subchapter II, or its application to any person or circumstance, is held invalid, that determination shall not affect the provisions or applications of this subchapter II that can be given effect without the invalid provision or application, and to that end the provisions of this subchapter II are severable.
