§ 4919 — Change of directors, officers; notice
Delaware·Title 18·Part Insurance·Ch. 49 ORGANIZATION AND CORPORATE POWERS; PROCEDURES OF DOMESTIC STOCK AND MUTUAL INSURERS
Every domestic stock or mutual insurer shall promptly notify the Commissioner in writing of any change of personnel among its directors or principal officers.
