Text

(a)The State Treasurer shall pay peace officers or other transportation providers under contract with the Department of Health and Social Services for transportation services under this chapter at an agreed-upon rate, including a custody fee and mileage traveled.
(b)The State Treasurer shall pay third-party medical and dental providers at a contractually agreed-upon rate for services rendered for the medically necessary treatment of persons receiving mental health treatment and services pursuant to this chapter.
